UPDATED - Revised, approved and filed Covenants and Bylaws have been added to the Covenant and Bylaws page.
In addition to the Covenants and Bylaws, the Retreat Maintenance Standards Bulletin has been added to the website. This document was created in accordance with the newly approved Covenants and Bylaws and outlines the basic level of home and property maintenance all Retreat neighbors should strive to achieve. Even though these are simply guidelines, adherence to them will insure neighborhood aesthetics and and long term property values.
Added on May 18th were the Annual Assessment and Covenants & Bylaws Enforcement policies.
