WELCOMING COMMITTEE:  Our Committee is mainly responsible for welcoming new residents to our community.  We will present them with a basket of baked goods, a Welcome Letter which includes how to access neighborhood information, make sure they have a copy of the Bylaws and Covenants and their gate clickers.  If they were not informed about their names being added to the gate registry, we will direct them to Excel.  We will also obtain their personal information and send it to the Communications Committee for the residential listing..  We also encourage neighborhood realtors, builders, or other residents to inform us of any new residents since we don't want to miss anyone.

DINNER CLUB COMMITTEE:  The Rec Committee also handles Dinner Club which is active April - October.  We generally have the Kick-Off Party for the next year sometime in February.  We will get back with everyone prior
to that time.  Hopefully, next year we can post the Dinner Club Calendar on the website.
